Just had Josh and crew install a hardwood floor in our master bedroom. The room provided some challenges. The sub-floor was spongy in one spot. No worries though as they took the time to ensure it was well supported and secured before installing the flooring. The sub-floor was also not level. No worries there either as they took the time and effort to level the floor before installation. The end result? Professional installation! Looks beautiful! Highly recommended.

We recently were in the midst of a kitchen renovation where our piece-of-garbage contractor decided to have our cabinets installed before any floor work was done. This ended up being such a nightmare, where the subcontractor hired by them to finish our project did not want to do the floors unless the cabinets get removed and where the contractor was not willing to pay to have the cabinets removed, even though it was his mistake! We were at a lost and the floor situation was becoming a nightmare. We decided to have Ryan and Josh from Timbercreek Floors come out and see if they could salvage our situation. I kid you not, we nearly cried at how great of an experience it was to work with them! Gave them a call on Mon. They came out on Tues to measure and give us an estimate. The next day, Enrique and the install team came out, spent all day at our houses and gave us floors that we just can’t stop staring at. They didn’t have to remove the cabinets at all!! They even helped correct some pre-existing issues on some of the existing floor. If any of you are getting scammed by trash, unreliable contractors, and/or have any issues with your floors, I cannot recommend enough to go with Timbercreek. They are worth every penny and will be the saviors to your troubles!!
